Eligibility:

  • Our policy lasts 60 days for returns from the date you received your items.
  • Sale and Clearance items cannot be refunded.
  • All items are carefully inspected before we can take any action.
  • All items must be sent back to us in the condition they were packaged and sent.

Refund will not be approved if:

  • Items have been worn and washed,
  • Original tags and care labels have been removed,
  • Items are covered in animal or human hair,
  • Items have perfume or smoke smells,
  • Items have signs of deodorant or sweat stains.

Processing and returns shipments and cost:

  • Typical time for packages to arrive to our warehouse is between 5-7 business days, depending on the shipping method you choose, location you sending it from, and during holiday seasons it might take longer.
  • It may take up to 7 business days for returns to be processed. Providing a photo for damaged/defective items will help us process you requests faster.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for return packages and don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Therefore, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
