You don’t burn more calories by wearing a hoodie. Calories are a unit of energy. Heat is energy. Allowing your body to heat up and retain excess heat will cause you to burn fewer calories. You would burn more calories doing the same exercise in cold weather with a t shirt, than you would working out in warm weather with a hoodie.
